Due to the nature of the store, we DO NOT offer refunds on items. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can issue a store credit within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt.

No sale items will be returned, refunded or exchaged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In some cases exchanges cannot be made for the same item, as our products are usually one off pieces and very rarely are there two pieces the same. PLEASE NOTE: We require notification within 2 days of any item damaged during transit, otherwise a store credit, exchange or refund will not be considered.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
